the building had real beauty and the rooftop patio impressed me. i also loved the excellent location right in the city center. i got a free upgrade to a beautiful room and i was so happy.
the walls seemed thin and i could hear neighbours.

my room was large and clean. the building itself had a great design. i found the location very convenient. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay (paco was a star, helping with boarding passes!).
the soundproofing wasn't the best. i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, a slight disturbance.

amazing location great room warm room broken air conditioning
the LOCATION was amazing. The room size was great for two people. Everyone working at reception was friendly and helpful.
I didn't sleep well because the room was TOO warm. The air conditioning did not work at all. The staff said there was nothing they could do, frustrating.

I enjoyed the rooftop lounge a lot. It had amazing cathedral views. the magazines in the room were a nice touch. I found interesting articles. the staff was super friendly. They provided helpful local advice, which i appreciated.
the air conditioning in my room didn't work well at all and it was quite hot! this was not good considering the price i paid.

The breakfast buffet included a lot of high-quality options. Everything tasted delicious. i noticed it included items for various dietary preferences. the staff kept the area clean, and they refilled items promptly.

the hotel is well situated in the older part of town, this location allows for easy exploration. i liked being close to many attractions, and i didn't have to rely on public transportation much. it's also easy to get to from the airport.

the spa features a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, and a wet sauna! i used these facilities every day, and i felt very relaxed. the rooftop lounge provided soft music and comfortable seating.
